Spezialkurs Englisch Job Interview Training

Target Group: This course is aimed at those preparing for a job interview in English. If you wish to go through some common interview questions and get fit for a job offer or two, sign up now!
Level: B1/B2. Participants should have a reasonable command in the English language.
Content: The course will cover:
Examining the job description
Considering your qualifications
CV writing in English
Researching the company and your possible role
Preparing answers to common interview questions
Preparing thoughtful questions for the interviewer
Method: Once we have covered the basic vocabulary, we will role-play mock interviews to provide ample opportunity to relieve anxiety and improve your confidence in English. Several feedback mechanisms, individual as well as in the group, will get you ready to present yourself better to your future employer.
An important part of the course is the creation of a convincing English CV. Participants learn how to present their qualifications and experience clearly and attractively.
Non-verbal communication plays a decisive role in job interviews. The course will highlight the importance of body language, gestures and facial expressions and teache how these can be used positively.
We will only use English in this course. To be effective, this course requires a high level of active participation.
