Requirements:

This course is a continuation of level A2 phase 3. You already have some basic knowledge and can manage simple exchanges in English.


Content:

During the course you will build on and deepen your use of grammar and expand your vocabulary using up-to-date materials which cover a range of interesting topics relevant to our work and personal lives including working conditions and describing jobs, technology, money and arguing a case as well as travel and leisure time and giving advice.


Method:

In the group you have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills in reading, writing, speaking and listening through activities that focus on fluency and accuracy. You will receive ongoing, individual teacher feedback as part of this communicative learning environment.


At the end of the course, participants can receive a graded certificate subject to a minimum of 75% course attendance and passing grades in all four language skills (listening, reading, speaking and writing). The ultimate decision regarding recognition (or non-recognition) of ECTS points (credits) lies with your university’s or institutes’ Study Program Administration [Studienprogrammleitung].
