Where I am from: I was born in Vienna. As the son of an Austrian father and a Japanese mother, I grew up in Austria and Japan with both languages, cultures and mentalities.
My language skills: German: First mother tongue, Japanese: Second mother tongue, English: Fluent in word/script.
My educational background: 2003: General qualification for university entrance, German School Tokyo Yokohama (Japan).
2007: Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies, University of Vienna, Austria
2013: Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Korean Studies, University of Vienna.
Since 2013: Master's degree in Japanese Studies, University of Vienna
My professional background: Since 2010: Japanese course instructor at various language institutes
Since 2005: Translator/interpreter/coordinator (German, Japanese, English)
Since 2016: Interpreter soccer club (Horn sports club).
My teaching motto: My teaching motto is to make lessons as interactive as possible and to offer participants a free space where they can immediately apply the material they have learned. It is very important to me to create a climate in which you don't have to be afraid of making mistakes and simply try out different things.

Where I come from: I was born and raised in Hiroshima, Japan. I have lived in the USA for 10 years. I also lived in S. Korea for 2 years. After completing my education, I worked in Osaka and Tokyo for 10 years.
My language skills: Japanese is my native language. Due to my educational background, I also speak English fluenty. I can speak Korean as well. I am currently learning German. I have completed my course up until B1.
My educational background: I got my early education in Hiroshima. I moved to the USA and got my high school and University degree at the University of West Florida. My major was Psychology and minored in Child welfare. I studied as well at the Sogang University in Seoul.
My professional career:: Until recently I was working as a Sales Trainer in Tokyo. There, I have trained new employees about sales techniques and Japanese business manner and practices.  
I have taught Japanese as a teacher in the past, since Jan 2019, I started work exclusivly as a Japanese teacher. I teach at 2 private language schools in Vienna and teach students privatly as well.
My teaching motto: I am very passionate about my job as a Japanese teacher and believe that a teacher has a great impact on students learning. Japanese is not an easy language and many people believe only a talented few can become fluent. In my class however with passion, dedication and yes sometimes hard work everybody can learn Japanese and have fun.
